More Rock n Roll

Spiff Boy plays an original number at the Recher Theatre. See more below. And if the words offend you, don't read them!

Ladies Ladies
by my nephew Danny -- age 10

I met a girl.
Her name was Grace.
I asked her out.
She slapped my face.
You know it’s like it’s not a big surprise.
I think it’s ‘cause I couldn’t memorize.
The number she told me at the beach.
She don’t it’s a number I could not reach.
How much you bet it was a fake.
Come on give me a freakin’ break.

Girls, ladies I do not have.
Any of them it’s kind of sad.
When I go for them I just snap.
And start acting like a piece of crap.
I don’t know why.
I’m pretty cool.
But then again I just keep gettin’ schooled.
Ladies, ladies I do not have.
Shut the heck up.
I know it’s sad.

Looked at my calendar.
It says November.
Oh man it really makes me remember.
All the times that I used to have.
Sittin’ at the beach oh now I’m sad.
I was cool.
I was hip.
I think some people tried to give me the slip.
Oh yes they did try.
And now baby oh I’m alive.
